hey dude, well, i won't be teaching them, cause i don't wanna lose a job, but i got a gig at mirage! YAY! doing issue #40 of tales which will be out....drumroll....end of next year! they got a reaaaaally good lead time!

hey mate. ur work is pretty rocking. the thing i would suggest about ur tmnt is go for the original kevin eastmen/peter laird look. gritty, messy. it seems like u're going for the old 90's movie look which might be what's killing ur submissions, i dunno if that's the case, but also have a look at what the book looks like now and see if u can do the turtles that way but with ur style. well, i hope thta helps.

Thanks Andy. Most appreciated. I've shown the guys at Mirage before at a CON in Canada last year. I think when I was talking with them. I believe was Steve Lagvine and Jim lawson He had told me to follow up on putting together a submission. And He would mention to Steve Murphy that I was looking for work. They also mention that my work look similare to AC Farley. Another guy who used to work for them back in the day. but I guess it all come down to me sequentials apprciate the time you took to look over my stuff. Hope to see one of these day to work along side you on the turtles. cross my fingers and hope that the impossible will turn into the possibble. just got to keep on trucken

u never know mate! just keep pressing and continue to send stuff to them. and u're right, sequentials do make the difference. so, as u said, keep trucken!
